Location: Mainland, PA 08701
Shifts: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3-11pm.

What You’ll Do:

·       Receive, store, stage, and distribute raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas

·       Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

·       Load and unload shipments while verifying quantities, documentation, and product condition

·       Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, ERP transactions, and material reconciliation activities

·       Ensure materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored according to GMP and safety standards

·       Coordinate material movement with Production, Scheduling, and Supply Chain teams to support manufacturing operations

·       Prepare materials for production batches and ensure timely delivery to manufacturing lines

·       Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization in compliance with cGMP, SOP, and safety requirements

·       Assist with shipping, receiving, palletizing, wrapping, and staging activities as needed

·       Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly

·       Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and safety

·       Complete all required documentation accurately and in real time using ERP and warehouse management systems

 

What We’re Looking For:

·       High school diploma or equivalent required

·       2+ years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or GMP-regulated environment preferred

·       Minimum 2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse setting required

·       Experience operating sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively

·       Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory transactions, and warehouse documentation processes

·       Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain inventory accuracy and follow procedures consistently

·       Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Production teams

·       Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices, GMP standards, and material handling procedures

·       Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

·       Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

·       Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
