What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Guest Services Agent, you'll be the face of the resort and the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay. You'll help create memorable experiences by:

• Delivering a friendly, efficient, and welcoming check-in/check-out experience.
• Providing exceptional hospitality and anticipating guest needs before they arise.
• Building guest relationships through personalized service and guest name recognition.
• Assisting guests with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and resort information.
• Serving as a local resource by recommending amenities, activities, dining options, and area attractions.
• Promoting stay extensions, guest reviews, and referral opportunities.
• Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Processing reservations, retail purchases, activity fees, and other transactions while following cash handling procedures.
• Maintaining accurate guest profiles and reservation records.
• Preparing guest welcome materials, communications, and check-in packages.
• Coordinating with maintenance, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Answering multi-line phones and completing various administrative and data-entry tasks.
• Assisting with retail store operations, including stocking, cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing assigned areas.
• Supporting resort operations during major events, including Formula 1, NASCAR, MotoGP, concerts, and other special events at both COTA RV Park and Lot N Camping.
• Assisting with event setup, guest support, operational needs, and post-event activities.
• Performing other duties as assigned to support the success of the resort.

Compensation

$16.50 per hour
