Become a Key Player as a Program Manager 5
You will lead complex technical programs that advance 3D workflows and deliver measurable business impact. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, product, and operations to drive program outcomes on a hybrid schedule (ideally hybrid; Pacific Time preferred). Your work will enable the organization to balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural strategy.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product management, operations, and other teams to achieve program goals
- Establish and maintain program timelines; identify and mitigate risks proactively
- Develop and implement standard program management methodologies to optimize efficiency and execution
- Communicate program status, challenges, and dependencies to collaborators at all levels to ensure transparency and alignment
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation
- Ensure technical teams stay focused and accountable for delivering high-quality solutions on time
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to balance short-term work with long-term architectural strategies
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 6–10 years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong technical background with understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and system architectures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical collaborators
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience leading creation, consensus, and roll-out of new program, planning, and development processes
- Strong Agile experience as both participant and driver
- High level of ownership, ability to prioritize effectively, and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, pivot strategies, and work with distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Strong business insight and ability to connect technical initiatives to business impact
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic approach
