Become a Key Player as an Assembler/Tester B

You will help deliver quality mechanical assemblies that meet customer and industry standards, directly impacting product readiness and on-time delivery. You will work onsite on the first shift (7:00AM–5:30PM, Mon–Thu) with the production and quality teams to execute assembly and test processes.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Perform basic assembly and test functions using hand and power tools, fixtures, and inspection measurement equipment
• Record test results on data forms and use basic electrical equipment and flow meters
• Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, and quality directives
• Produce and inspect assemblies to ensure they conform to product specifications and customer requirements
• Participate in lean initiatives by identifying improvements and suggesting process changes
• Maintain safety standards and keep work areas free of foreign object damage (FOD)
• Ensure equipment calibration is maintained per schedule

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• High school diploma or GED
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
• Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to select appropriate procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment
• Demonstrated product and process knowledge and ability to apply newly learned techniques
• At least 1 year of general mechanical work experience preferred

Pay Range

$17.00/hour
