Become a Key Player as a HR Admin
You will support the HR function by performing clerical and administrative tasks that keep HR operations running smoothly. You will work directly with HR staff and employees to process hires, status changes, and onboarding activities, ensuring accurate records and timely support. This is an onsite role in Ft. Worth, TX (standard weekday schedule, 1st shift: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Provide employee assistance and answer routine HR questions
- Assist in administration of HR programs to support division goals
- Gather data and prepare routine reports; proofread and correct documents
- Process and verify employee status change forms, vacation and leave requests, benefits paperwork, and educational reimbursement requests
- Maintain accurate personnel records and files and input/audit HRIS data (wage rate, classifications, payroll, benefits, address changes, employee history)
- Process new hires, transfers, terminations, promotions, performance appraisals, salary increases, and employment verifications
- Assist with onboarding and orientation scheduling, new hire paperwork, and related tasks
- Interface with payroll to help resolve pay discrepancies
- Maintain bulletin boards and assist with event/activity planning and departmental administrative tasks
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- One year general office experience including six months of Human Resources experience, or equivalent related experience
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling HR information

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline (preferred)
- Experience with Power BI
Pay Range
$25.00 - $27.00/hour
