Become a Key Player as a Cell Technician - 2nd Shift

You will support production by performing assembly, testing, and inspection tasks that ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards. You will work onsite on 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM), collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe, organized work area. Your contributions directly affect product quality, safety, and delivery performance.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

  • Perform a variety of approved assembly techniques and make necessary adjustments to correct non-conforming assemblies
  • Read, interpret, and follow assembly drawings, procedures, and instructions
  • Operate required test equipment, verify calibration, and record accurate readings
  • Conduct test audits and routine maintenance on equipment and tooling as directed
  • Assist and instruct others in daily activities and ensure appropriate tooling and hardware availability
  • Maintain organized, clean, and foreign object damage (FOD) free work areas
  • Follow safety rules and participate in quality and continuous improvement efforts

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

  • High school diploma or GED
  • US Person status
  • Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, procedures, and drawings
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as a team member
  • Manual dexterity and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to maintain performance while following procedures and safety requirements

Pay Range

$21.60 - $22.75/hour
