You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, driving onboarding and ongoing account success. You will influence client satisfaction and retention by developing tailored call-handling solutions, coordinating with operations and leadership, and managing client relationships onsite in Omaha, NE.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular, proactive communication.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and account-related concerns.
- Lead new client onboarding including discovery calls, account configuration, and implementation planning.
- Gather and document client requirements and develop customized call-handling scripts and procedures.
- Monitor account performance, analyze client feedback and service trends, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and assist with special projects.

- Previous experience in account management, customer success, client services, or customer support preferred.
