ABOUT THE ROLEThe Managing Director, Corporate Partnerships, Strategic Growth and Business Development is a unique and exciting new role at BCRF designed to secure new corporate partners for the organization. The position calls for a highly experienced, energetic fundraiser and team player with a strong passion for relationship-building, an impressive record of developing and closing corporate nonprofit partnership agreements, and a commitment to generating new business. This role requires a dynamic individual who can confidently lead the BCRF corporate sales strategy from open to close, interface comfortably and effectively with senior executives and think creatively about BCRF assets and benefits to launch mutually beneficial partnerships.Reporting to the Chief Partnerships Officer, the Managing Director, Corporate Partnerships, Strategic Growth and Business Development will be responsible for creating and implementing an integrated strategy to elevate a comprehensive and sustainable corporate engagement sales program. The position would supervise two full-time current team members and grow the Managing Director, Corporate Partnerships, Strategic Growth and Business Development staff to a team of at least five individuals within the next 5 years. This individual will accelerate BCRF’s annual and long-term revenue growth, marketing and brand reach, and mission goals.This position is based in New York, New York. BCRF currently requires staff to work onsite a minimum of three days per week.Primary Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits:
