Job Summary 

The Logistics Analyst coordinates and monitors logistics operations from order placement to final delivery, including direct and local shipments. The role includes updating customers on order status, negotiating logistics service rates transparently, requesting documentation from Finance, and supporting Quality and Regulatory teams. The analyst uses performance indicators and systems like Oracle Cloud, Office 365, Salesforce, and Copilot to drive operational excellence.  

Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including transportation planning, customs clearance, and final delivery.  

  • Monitor all stages of direct and local shipments and proactively update customers.  

  • Negotiate logistics service rates with national and international providers transparently.  

  • Request and follow up on fiscal and regulatory documentation with the Finance team.  

  • Support Quality and Regulatory teams in ensuring compliance with legal and customer requirements.  

  • Process foreign trade and international logistics, managing import/export operations, customs documentation, global shipments, and supply chain coordination to ensure efficient cross-border trade.
  • Update KPIs and prepare detailed operational reports.  

  • Take full responsibility for assigned activities with a proactive and accountable approach 

Key Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. 

  • Knowledge of domestic and international geography including countries, major cities, and ocean ports 

  • Hands-on experience in foreign trade and logistics, including customs clearance, shipment coordination, and global supply chain management, preferred.
  • Fluent English for daily business communication.  

  • 2+ years of experience in domestic and/or international logistics 

  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Oracle Cloud), Office 365, Salesforce, and Copilot.  

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  

  • Proven team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude.  

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to serve as a bridge between developers, project managers, and customer support.  

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, organize, and manage time effectively.
