Job Summary

The IT Client Specialist is responsible for providing end-user support and maintaining Wego's global technology environment. This role serves as a primary technical resource for employees worldwide, supporting user lifecycle management, endpoint administration, and troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and cloud-based services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to employees across global offices through ticketing systems, remote support tools, Microsoft Teams, phone, and email.
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and access changes.
  • Administer user identities, groups, and permissions within Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and other business applications.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
  • Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related applications.
  • Assist with software deployments, upgrades, patch management, and lifecycle management activities.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory and device records.
  • Create documentation for troubleshooting steps, support procedures, and training materials.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for resolution.
  • Support conference rooms, printers, and office technology in regional locations as needed.
  • Assist with IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years working in an IT support, IT analyst, or systems support role.
  • Experience supporting users in a Microsoft 365 cloud environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows operating systems, Microsoft applications, hardware, networking, and peripherals.
  • Familiar with configuring and maintaining accounts in Microsoft Entra ID and Okta.
  • Knowledge of remote support and Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting a global or multi-site organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range
$70,000.00   Annually to $90,000.00   Annually
