Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO
Westminster, Colorado
Must be a US citizen
@Orchard LLC has an immediate need for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and composed Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer and coordinate priorities across our Board of Directors and executive leadership team for a leader in spatial intelligence.
In this critical role, you will serve as a trusted gatekeeper and representative of the CEO, protecting their time for high-impact strategic priorities. You will anticipate needs, resolve complex logistics independently, navigate fast-paced changes, and build collaborative, accountable relationships across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Executive Calendar & Priorities: Masterfully manage the CEO’s complex schedule, resolve competing commitments, filter incoming requests, and prepare executive briefings and action items.
- Board & Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate Board of Directors operations and serve as a seamless liaison with global executives, chairmen, and government representatives.
- Travel & Expense Management: Build seamless, contingency-ready domestic and international travel itineraries and manage high-volume expense reporting via SAP Concur.
- Executive Operations & Collaboration: Standardize team workflows, mentor peer Executive Assistants, and leverage Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and AI productivity tools to streamline executive office operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 10+ years of EA experience, including 5+ years supporting C-level executives (CEO or Board support preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SAP Concur, Workday, and modern productivity/AI tools.
- Core Competencies: Unimpeachable discretion, sharp judgment in ambiguous situations, exceptional written/verbal communication, and calm composure under compressed timelines.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a schedule reflective of the demands on a major company CEO, including travel and occasional late hours.
What Success Looks Like
You protect and optimize the CEO’s time so they can focus on high-impact strategic goals. Meetings run purposefully, travel plans are airtight, commitments are followed through to completion, and your leadership helps build a cohesive, top-tier executive support culture across Vantor.
Compensation & Pay Transparency
Starting pay falls within the $98,000 – $143,000 range and is based on skills, qualifications, location, and experience. (Candidates meeting minimum requirements should anticipate initial offers within the mid-range of this scale.)
