Anthony C. Leonard Roofing has partnered with Hueman to find a Full-Time Roofing Sales Consultant (Outside Sales) in Nokomis, FL.

As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you will build relationships with homeowners and property owners, conduct roof inspections, recommend roofing solutions, and guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation to project completion. Job Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with homeowners, Realtors, property managers, business owners, and community partners to generate new sales opportunities.

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, community involvement, and company-provided leads.

• Conduct roof and exterior inspections to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions.

• Prepare estimates and proposals while educating customers on repair, replacement, insurance restoration, financing, and warranty options.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers to close sales and achieve sales goals.

• Coordinate with production, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the company CRM.

• Build a strong referral network and request customer referrals and online reviews following successful projects.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation for daily travel throughout the assigned territory.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple customers and priorities, and maintain consistent follow-up.

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Willingness to work evenings and occasional weekends based on customer availability.

• Preferred: Two or more years of experience in outside sales, in-home sales, construction, home improvement, insurance restoration, or a related customer-facing field.

• Preferred: Experience with roofing, remodeling, exterior home services, or CRM and mobile technology.

Physical Requirements:

• Walk residential and commercial properties, including uneven terrain.

• Safely climb ladders and inspect roofs when conditions permit.

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.

• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Operate a motor vehicle throughout the workday and use mobile devices and measuring equipment in the field.
