Role Overview

Join the Licensing team to help structure, coordinate, and execute licensing deals for our Gen3 technology. This role is heavily focused on project/program management, planning, and cross-functional orchestration across technical, commercial, legal, and operations stakeholders. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage and track end-to-end licensing projects for physical assets/production facilities.   

·         Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and action trackers for multiple licensing opportunities.   

·         Building and driving readiness plan by engaging internal experts (engineering, legal, finance, operations) and ensure aligned delivery.   

·         Develop and refine standard tools, workflows, and templates for licensing.   

·         Prepare supporting materials for internal reviews and external partners (presentations, summaries, status updates).   

·         Build working knowledge of Gen3 technology, petrochemical value chain, and market dynamics. 

 

Core Competencies:

·         Strong project/program management and planning in complex, cross-functional environments.   

·         Ability to quickly learn and communicate our Gen3 technology and value proposition.   

·         Proven ability in navigating internal organizations and knowing how to leverage the right people and resources.   

·         Experience with technology licensing or capital/plant project environments is strongly preferred.   

·         Solid corporate communication skills, including slide preparation and meeting prep.   

·         Basic understanding (or strong aptitude to learn) petrochemical value chain, circular plastics, and market drivers.   

·         Basic financial and budgeting skills (Excel, following established models) are a plus, not a primary focus. 

 

Minimum Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).   

·         Relevant experience in project management, technology licensing, business development, or capital projects in industrial/energy/chemical sectors. 

·         Waste plastic recycling experience is a plus.

Jodie brings over 30 years of manufacturing leadership experience, having built and led 5 companies as CEO/President and 3 of those companies with an ESG focus.

Most recently, Jodie served as the CEO of GreenMantra Technologies, a privately-held early- stage advanced recycler of waste plastics to specialty waxes. Previously, she was President of Pinova, a PE-backed manufacturer of specialty chemicals from renewable resources.

Currently, she serves on the boards of NanoXplore (TSX) and Bartek Ingredients (PE backed) and is active with The National Association of Corporate Directors and The Women Corporate Directors.

Jodie earned degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware and holds an MBA in Finance from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
