Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner who is dual licensed as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary clinical team in Las Vegas. This role blends medical and psychiatric care within residential treatment and intensive outpatient environments, supporting individuals as they work toward stability, healing, and long-term wellness.

The ideal provider is someone who values whole-person care, team collaboration, and a consistent presence with both patients and clinical staff. Providers in this role will perform psychiatric evaluations, oversee medication management, offer ongoing clinical support, and participate in a coordinated approach to care.

What This Role Looks Like

• Hybrid schedule with both on-site and telehealth services
• Two Las Vegas service locations in the 89146 area
• Work alongside licensed clinicians, therapists, medical support staff, and program leadership
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, ongoing medication management, treatment plan collaboration, and step-down planning, history and physicals
• Provide high-touch, relationship-centered support to individuals in recovery and transition

Requirements

• Current licensure in Nevada as both Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (FNP and PMHNP)
• Active DEA license for state of Nevada
• Previous experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, IOP, or addiction medicine
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary environment
