The Executive Creative Director for Experiential Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding the creative vision, strategy, and execution of immersive brand experiences that captivate, engage, and connect with target audiences. The ECD leads a team of creative professionals, fostering innovation and collaboration to deliver exceptional and impactful experiential campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Vision and Strategy:

Develop and articulate the creative direction and vision for experiential marketing initiatives aligned with the brand's identity and objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, strategy, production, and technology, to ensure creative strategies are integrated seamlessly.
Leadership and Team Management:

Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including art directors, designers, copywriters, experienced designers, and more.

Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages the team to push creative boundaries and generate fresh ideas.
Campaign Ideation and Conceptualization:

Drive the creation of innovative and compelling experiential concepts that effectively communicate the brand's message and resonate with the target audience.

Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to develop campaign ideas and concepts.
Strategic Client Engagement:

Collaborate with clients to understand their brand objectives, values, and target audience, translating these insights into experiential campaigns that deliver results.

Present creative concepts and strategies to clients in a persuasive and confident manner, addressing feedback and incorporating necessary revisions.
Campaign Execution and Production:

Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to execution and implementation of experiential marketing campaigns.

Work closely with production teams to ensure that creative concepts are realized effectively, adhering to timelines and budgets.
Innovation and Industry Trends:

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative innovations within the experiential marketing space.

Integrate cutting-edge technologies and interactive elements into campaigns to enhance user engagement and experience.
Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to align creative strategies and ensure project success.

Communicate the value of creative concepts and strategies to both team members and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Design, Communication, or related field (master’s degree preferred).

12 years of experience in a creative leadership role within the experiential marketing industry.

Demonstrated portfolio of successful experiential marketing campaigns showcasing innovation, creativity, and strategic thinking.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor creative teams.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

In-depth knowledge of design principles, storytelling, and brand strategy.

Proficiency in utilizing emerging technologies and interactive elements within experiential campaigns.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment.

A passion for staying up to date with industry trends and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
