Position Title: Account Supervisor
Do you love events and have experience project managing them? If so, this may be the opportunity for you!
This full-time position, based in New York City, is responsible for developing and project managing events for a variety of spirit brands.
Working closely with and under the direction of the Account Director, you will:

Oversee day-to-day client(s) relationship by spearheading program management for designated projects

Develop, plan, and activate experiential marketing programs and events in partnership with a Production Supervisor and Account Executive

Overall team leadership of the activation team, managing program contracts, budget creation and management, workback timelines, and deliverables

Lead weekly internal team and client meetings, with responsibility for action items to ensure all milestones are hit

Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal departments (e.g., Creative, Production, Field Marketing, and Finance) to bring programming to life

Oversee development of program materials including but not limited to activation plans, production schedules and event checklists, training guides etc.

Debrief key stakeholders to measure program efficacy and adjust as needed, and lead compilation of recap reporting for client

Actively mentor Account Executive and provide ongoing coaching

Responsible for building client and partner relationships, as well as keeping the team focused on the client’s goals and priorities
Position Requirements:
-
3-5 years of experience in event planning/execution in an agency Client Services role
-
Prior experience managing events and/or national sampling programs for a spirits client preferred, but not mandatory

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to attend programs, walkthroughs, and events

Be a self-starter, with the ability to problem solve on the fly

Highly organized, detail-oriented, yet also able to look at the big picture to make strategic recommendations

Ability to prioritize and juggle many tasks and delegate as necessary

Strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills

Proficient (as in not a beginner) in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Metro New York-based with hybrid schedule (minimum two days in office per week)
