Description

This full-time position based in New York City is responsible for developing and executing national sampling programs for an award-winning Spirits portfolio of brands.​​​​

Working closely with and under the direction of the Group Account Director, you will: 

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for designated clients, and lead weekly status meetings with both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Be responsible for budget management from creation through final reconciliation 
  • Develop Schedules of Work inclusive of all deliverables for programs
  • Oversee all program materials including playbooks, sell sheets, event flows, POS grids, and training content
  • Manage program extensions or allocation changes that impact total volume and timeline for completion
  • Serve as primary point of contact for response to new program briefs from client  
  • Work with internal field activation team to facilitate events and gain in-depth knowledge of the status of your programs to provide strategic recommendations
  • Manage and mentor direct reports across portfolio of business
  • Travel to events (when needed) to assess program efficacy and gain valuable insights

Position Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in national sampling programming in an agency Client Services role 
  • Previous experience with luxury spirits and/or luxury goods is a plus
  • Be a self-starter, with the proven ability to lead and motivate team members  
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Prior experience in managing a team is required
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle many tasks and delegate as necessary
  • Strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills
  • Proficient (as in not a beginner) in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Metro New York-based with hybrid schedule (minimum two days in office per week)
  • Ability to travel to events (up to 10% of the time)

Pay Range
$70,000.00   Annually to $85,000.00   Annually
