Marketing Program Manager

- Oversee program scope, objectives and success metrics, ensuring alignment and clear communication across teams and stakeholders. (e.g., communication plans, workback plans, demos, office hours, gamification, strategic workshops, events).
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes and optimize project delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to overall organizational goals.
- Promote a constructive view of program management, framing it as an opportunity rather than a mandatory task.
- Identify and define key performance metrics aligned with objectives. Leverage data analytics to monitor progress, provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvements.
- Provide support with various administrative tasks, such as note taking, crafting meeting agendas, scheduling, and managing SharePoint.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with Change Management and operations
- Marketing strategy, including the ability to understand and track metrics.
$73.00 - $79.57/hour
