Become a key player as a Territory Manager:
Drive growth and innovation in your assigned region by developing strong relationships, implementing strategic sales processes, and delivering exceptional value to customers. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in advancing our business objectives while enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
  • Grow territory revenue by meeting or exceeding assigned business goals and budgets
  • Build and strengthen relationships with accounts, introducing them to training programs and marketing opportunities
  • Quickly resolve account concerns related to billing, service, or support, ensuring fair outcomes
  • Gather and analyze competitive data, including pricing, promotional strategies, and engineering details
  • Serve as a liaison with the credit department to address delinquent accounts
  • Engage in local events such as Home Shows and Dealer Meetings to promote brand visibility
  • Collaborate with utility companies, builders, and HVAC industry groups to expand market presence
  • Roll out corporate and territory-specific marketing strategies and business plans
  • Guide new accounts through onboarding, including processes for credit, ordering, and product training
  • Use the Intentional Sales Process to deliver tailored solutions and keep customers updated on pricing and promotional activities
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver unparalleled support and value to customers
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
  • A bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • At least one year of experience in the HVACR industry preferred
  • A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a DOT physical, drug test, MVR, and background check

Pay Range:
$65,000 annually + commission
