Estimator
Responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for bid projects, roof safety audits, and estimate requests generated by the sales and marketing team. All requests brought to the estimation team must meet high-level qualification standards. Analyze project requirements, collaborate with various departments, and ensure all estimates are comprehensive and align with Kattsafe and compliance standards.

Job Requirements- Perform initial qualification in-line with Kattsafe standards and sales processes
- Review project plans and specifications to develop detailed cost estimates
- Analyze material and time requirements for each project
- Collaborate with the Sales Representative, CAD Technicians, Project Manager, Enterprise Accounts, and other team members to gather necessary information
- Prepare & present cost estimates within budget to clients and management
- Monitor and update estimates as project details evolve
- Maintain historical costs and pricing information
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and risks
- Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as an Estimator in a construction environment
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, & ERP systems preferably INFOR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- In office position

- Pay Range
- $55,000.00 Annually to $65.00 Annually
