Way We Work: Soho embraces a hybrid working model where we are in-office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our office in NYC hosts bagel Tuesdays, and a fully stocked kitchen with snacks, coffee, and drinks every day. We are intentional about a culture that celebrates our togetherness by bringing teams together for all-hands meetings, agency events, and in-person interactions.

Soho’s Summer Internship is a 9-week program (June 2nd – August 1st) that prepares you for a career in experiential marketing. Gain invaluable real-world experience and hands-on learning by working on campaigns for iconic brands like Airbnb, Campari, Citibank, JLG, among others. Explore your interests, as you refine your talent and skills through a summer project – where you will collaborate to build a campaign from scratch and present it to the agency.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Rising seniors and recent grads, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or Fine Arts from a 4-year college or university. For creative interns - a creative portfolio and knowledge/experience in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is required.
• Ability to work out of our New York City office.
• Demonstrated passion and curiosity.
• Ability to collaborate and work independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
