This full-time position based in New York City is responsible for supporting the execution of national sampling programs for award-winning Spirits portfolio of brands.

Working closely with the Account Supervisor, you will:

• Support day-to-day program management by assisting with the development and maintenance of program playbooks, event flows, briefs, and training materials across assigned brands
• Manage meeting coordination, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and recap distribution
• Support budget operations by creating job codes, processing invoices, and maintaining financial trackers for assigned programs
• Manage program POS logistics by uploading and organizing materials, coordinating inventory and distribution with operations teams, and troubleshooting field-level issues
• Develop and distribute key reporting deliverables that summarize program performance, insights, and trends
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal team for sampling platform management, including user training, troubleshooting, and supporting platform updates
• Handle ad hoc projects and special tasks from internal stakeholders and clients, demonstrating a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data. Data analytics is a key part of this role
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
• Strong written, verbal and public speaking skills
• Can own projects autonomously and take pride in the work you create and share
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Hybrid work schedule: two days in the office including regular client visits
