Do you have a passion for events? If so, this may be the opportunity for you! The primary responsibilities of this position will be to provide support to the Experiential Activation team across multiple programs/events, along with support on various administrative and planning tasks.

 

This full-time position based in New York City will provide execution support on experiential events for an award-winning Spirts portfolio of brands.

 

Working closely with the Account Supervisor, you will:

  • Provide support to our Account and Production Supervisors in the planning and development of programs/events for designated client(s).
  • Assist with developing, planning, and activating experiential marketing programs varying in size and scope for existing clients.
  • Assist with managing related vendors and partners in the development of programs (e.g., artistic talent, photographers/videographers, photobooth vendors, etc.).
  • Serve as secondary contact for all clients served by the account and activation team.
  • Manage the development of program and event timelines to keep program development on track.
  • Assist with the development and management of program budgets.
  • Travel to events to ensure program quality and provide on-site support when necessary (e.g., providing directions to local/temp event staff, vendor management, set-up and breakdown).
  • Contribute to contingency planning for unforeseen circumstances.
  • Liaise with other SoHo departments to ensure all ways of working are being followed and identify potential ways to improve operations.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Prior experience in event planning, production and execution a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs. of event materials.
  • Exceptional communication/organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. 
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Have strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to own projects autonomously and take pride in the work you create and share.
  • Be a self-starter, outgoing, energetic, and demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Pay Range
$60,000.00   Annually to $64,500.00   Annually
