Description

In your capacity as Regional Activation Manager (RAM), National Accounts, you will serve as the primary liaison between SoHo and our spirits clients’ presence in On-Premise National & Regional Accounts. You will have direct oversight and management of staffing agency partners to plan and execute sampling programs on behalf of our clients' National Accounts. 

 

You will:

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the client’s Field Marketing Manager (FMM), and the National & Regional Sales Managers (approx. 13).
  • Manage and oversee third-party agencies to ensure best-in-class execution of sampling. and adhoc events for the National & Regional Accounts team.
  • Complete ownership of National Account programs & activations, including pre-planning, activation calendar management, execution, and recapping.
  • Coordinate with National & Regional Accounts (NA & RA) teams and staffing agencies to provide programming and event updates through regular status calls.
  • Work with our client's CCM (Customer Channel Managers) on National program allocations, ensuring timely use and flawless execution. 
  • Manage adhoc requests and collaborate with FMM and Sales Managers to develop budgets and ensure execution.
  • Oversee the ordering, coordination, and management of all the nationally allocated promotions POS kits to the event field
  • Responsible for end-to-end oversight of ordering, coordinating, and managing nationally allocated promotional POS kits for event field teams, as well as supporting the NA & RA teams with supplemental POS for events as needed.
  • Ensure all Event Recap Forms are submitted into the reporting platform within 48 hours. 
  • Manage program budgets and oversee agency invoice approvals and submissions.
  • Ensure all executions comply with state sampling laws.
  • Travel to key activations in markets for quality control and local agency visits as required.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Teams, event reporting system, inventory management system (Sortly), Project Management Systems (Monday.com), and event trackers to manage operations efficiently and keep documentation accurate and up to date.  

  

What Cool Things You Bring to the Table:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years combined relative industry experience – Field Marketing, Mass Sampling Program, and Experiential Marketing agency roles
  • Experience managing 3rd-party staffing agencies
  • Prior spirits experience with a strong understanding of legal compliance is mandatory
  • Skilled at managing client relationships
  • Self-starter, strategic thinker, and proactive problem solver
  • Exceptional communication/organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Have strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills
  • Strong budget and expense management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 60% within your assigned territory
  • Based near a major US city, ideally

Pay Range
$90,000.00   Annually to $100,000.00   Annually
