The Architectural Specification Representative is well-versed in architecture and construction, specializing in height access and fall protection solutions. This role serves as a trusted educational resource for architects, engineers, and contractors, driving demand through proactive pre-construction engagement and technical guidance. The Architectural Specification Representative ensures project success by managing specifications and maintaining precision throughout all phases—from initial concept and design to final completion.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, architecture, engineering or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3-years of similar work experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Proficiency using CRM software, Hubspot, as well as Microsoft Office Suite required
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects & prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, & comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Own and manage pre-construction pipeline
- Create and maintain relationships with top architectural, general contracting, and development firms
- Hosts lunch and learns for architects, engineers, and general contractors
- Secure Kattsafe as basis of design on construction projects
Performance Objectives

Responsibilities
- Work with architectural firms to get Kattsafe products specified as the basis of design on construction projects
- Identify and track early-stage construction projects in target markets using industry databases, design networks, and direct outreach
- Identify and engage with project decision makers to influence design and ensure real-world practicality for fall protection and height access systems
- Regularly meet with leading architects, engineers, and general contractors to share benefits and features Kattsafe products provide
- Introduce new Kattsafe products using samples to demonstrate product functionality and benefits
- Build and maintain a robust pre-construction pipeline aligned with company revenue goals
- Communicate updates and milestones with the sales team for efficient collaboration
- Attend trade shows that host the audiences who can specify our product
- Host webinars for our CEU courses
- Work with internal marketing and technical teams to ensure Kattsafe resource library is up to date, growing, and meeting the needs of the architectural audience
- Report to management on market trends, emerging markets, new products, specification feedback, etc
- Other duties as assigned
- Pay Range
- $70,000.00 Annually to $90,000.00 Annually
