POSITION SUMMARY
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the individual giving campaigns and diversify revenue streams. Lead individual giving, fundraising events, and volunteer efforts to increase and/or exceed revenue goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF POSITION
An individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below at a satisfactory level:

Oversee the administration of all individual giving campaigns —excluding Workplace Giving Rallies—and solicitation volunteer opportunities under the position’s scope.

Manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of the annual HFUW community fundraising drive.
-
Manage the recruitment, training, communication, and stewardship of the Fundraising Drive Chairs and Leadership Society Host Committee to support program execution and participation goals.

Serve as the primary individual responsible for managing and executing individual giving strategies for $1,200 and above giving levels, inclusive of Tocqueville Society.

Lead the development and implementation of HFUW’s annual fund appeal strategy to drive year-round donor engagement and giving.

Conduct direct outreach and presentations to solicit donations and communicate HFUW’s mission, aligning donor interests with organizational needs.

Manage and grow a portfolio of individual Leadership accounts.

Lead strategic direction for Individual Development prospecting in partnership with the Technology team to ensure effective data use and opportunity identification.

Create and develop policies and procedures under the position’s scope, to ensure overall HFUW operational excellence.

Set measurable goals for relationship management and revenue forecasting aligned with HFUW.

Collaborate to identify new and existing donors across donor networks, workplace rallies, individual giving, volunteers, and fee for service opportunities.

Manage daily partner engagement, including preparing projections within database, building ask strategies, updating forecasts, and tracking donor activity.

Collaborate with the Senior Vice President and Vice President to analyze campaign data, evaluate results, and make improvements to drive increased revenue for HFUW.

Track revenue, retention, visits, and key activities in CRM dashboards.
-
Strategically engage donors to deepen involvement through events, volunteerism, impact groups, and programs, while increasing support and revenue for HFUW.

Constantly monitor and provide leadership and support to the Coordinator.

Ensure appropriate coaching, performance reviews, and professional development opportunities are provided to direct reports to ensure optimal staff and client service.

Ensure adherence to all organizational policies and procedures, staying informed about updates, and promoting compliance within the team.

Collaborate with Vice President and Human Resources to address performance concerns and departmental processes to enhance outcomes.

Collaborate with department leadership to develop strategies that will maximize revenue enhancement.
-
Oversee timely recording and recognition of donor gifts, while analyzing trends and opportunities to maximize revenue, enhance donor loyalty, and share key insights.

Stay informed about HFUW’s services, products, and the key issues affecting the communities we serve.

May be classified as essential, requiring prompt and effective action during critical situations to ensure the safety and well-being of the community.

Maintain client and staff confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA, FIPA, PHI, PII requirements.

Contribute to overall organizational success by performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job requirements include:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit administration, or related field required, or equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree. Master’s degree preferred.

Five years in nonprofit, social services, business, fundraising, or sales experience required.
-
Three years of supervisory or coaching experience required.
-
Valid Driver License required.
-
Public speaking skills and networking with the ability to confidently address large groups and corporate leadership required.
-
Strong networking skills to build and foster key relationships.
-
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office required, with advanced experience in Excel preferred.
-
CRM database experience required.
-
Customer service skills and experience required.

Ability to edit, complete, and assemble reports.
