Reporting to the Chief Programs Officer (CPO), the Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and management of the company’s comprehensive programming. Working closely with the Program Development Manager, you will be responsible for training, implementation, delivery, evaluation, and quality assurance of all programs. You will be expected to provide direct supervision and daily support to a team of Program Staff and provide support to the Data Manager across various data collection systems.

  • Provides daily direct supervision and ongoing training of RCI Program Staff including Caregiver Coaches, DWD Program Specialist, and Program Assistant 
  • Oversees engagement and day to day function of sites delivering RCI Programs, including the development and revision of site implementation guidelines, training, and ongoing technical assistance
  • Facilitates the training and implementation of RCI’s programming through the development and revision of program protocols, policies, and procedures in alignment with fidelity and programmatic vision
  • Facilitates ongoing learning and evaluation activities, develops feedback loops, and streamlines processes
  • Leads development and revision of RCI program materials
  • Establishes and monitors staff monthly goals; performs annual performance reviews; facilitates corrective action; oversees hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes of Program staff
  • Maintains day-to-day program statistics and reports out to organizational leaders on important analysis results and progress towards goals
  • Supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and training of RCI’s data collection systems (i.e database, Microsoft Forms, OneDrive)
  • Assists in writing content and developing statistics for reports and facilitates communication with funders/grantors regarding changes, challenges, and progress toward goals
  • Participates in outreach activities and presents on RCI programs to stakeholders, partners, and community organizations; acts as an ambassador for RCI with local organizations and media
  • Work directly with Senior Leadership Team to cultivate appropriate peer and funder relationships that result in future engagement and funding of RCI, maintaining a high level of professionalism, performance, and integrity in these relationships
  • Maintain and share consistent documentation of interactions on behalf of RCI, as well as provide regular reports and updates on these to drive organizational strategy.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Occasional travel required

Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in social services, public health, or closely related field
  • Minimum 1-year program management experience
  • Minimum 1-year supervisory experience
  • Familiarity and comfort with technology for data collection and measurement
  • Exposure to, and familiarity with, the lived experience of caregivers

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Clinical licensure (i.e. LCSW, LMFT)
  • Experience in implementation and delivery of evidence-based programming

  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with the company’s senior leadership, Board of Directors, Leadership Council, donors, partners, and staff
  • Ability to productively impact both strategic and tactical initiatives
  • Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, and adaptability to adjust to changing program needs and requests
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite
