As a Senior Creative Project Manager, you'll be a linchpin in our agency's efforts to excel in the ever-evolving experiential marketing arena. This role is multifaceted: You'll be a creative advocate for client projects, assist in resource allocation in coordination with the Project Management and Operations Lead, and contribute to budget planning and scoping. Your excellent client-facing communication skills—both written and verbal—will be essential in delivering successful projects. You will report directly to the Executive Creative Director (ECD). 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and evaluate project risks, offering solutions as challenges emerge. 
  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple creative initiatives simultaneously, ensuring diligent oversight of daily operations and optimal resource utilization. 
  • Client-Facing Communication: Utilize excellent written and verbal skills to interact with clients effectively, ensuring project alignment and client satisfaction. 
  • Creative Support: Partner with the Creative Lead for day-to-day project management, driving the creative team's productivity and alignment. 
  • Meeting Documentation: Take comprehensive notes during all meetings and distribute clear action items to team members for follow-through. 
  • Daily Prioritization: Generate a daily hotlist for creative and program leads to ensure urgent responsibilities are addressed immediately. 
  • Team Proficiency: Acquire deep insights into each team member’s skills and passions to ensure best-fit project assignments. 
  • File Management: Oversee secure file transfers among departments, clients, or third-party vendors. Ensure all files are properly stored in content management systems like Egnyte, SharePoint, or Dropbox. 
  • Timeline Preparation: Collaborate with senior staff members in crafting project timelines that align with successful execution strategies. 
  • Innovation: Regularly present innovative ideas and industry best practices to senior management as a means of continuous improvement. 
  • Timesheet Approval: Validate weekly timesheets for accurate project tracking and accountability. 
  • Resource Management: Participate in resource allocation meetings, addressing any resourcing conflicts within the creative team proactively. 
  • Scoping and Budgeting: Aid in formulating comprehensive scopes of work and financial planning, including revenue projections for creative endeavors. 
  • Full Project Lifecycle: Support projects from initial proposal stages through to final execution, ensuring all phases are completed to the highest standards. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a creative or experiential marketing agency. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with client-facing experience. 
  • Proficiency in project management software and content management systems.
