Description
In this Metro New York-based hybrid schedule position as a Soho Senior Designer, you’ll work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and/or Copywriters to generate innovative, engaging, on-brief, and on-brand creative across all modalities and accounts.

What Else You’ll Do: 
  • Clearly communicate design ideas and strategy to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Understand and execute to client goals, project requirements, and budget parameters 
  • Guide and manage the work of the design team both quantitatively and qualitatively 
  • Oversee contract designers ensuring deliverables are to brief and to Soho standards 
  • Develop and maintain fresh internal brand assets including: logos, fonts, caps, and templates 
What You’ll Need: 
  • BA or BFA in graphic design, visual communications, or related field 
  • 5-7 years experience designing for experiential, print, OOH and/or digital at an agency or high-volume studio 
  • 1-2 years managing one or more design direct reports 
  • Proven collaboration skills; you’re ready to play an active role in concepting creative 
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and technical knowledge required to produce a high volume of client-ready creative assets 
  • Contemporary and engaging portfolio with strengths in conceptual thinking, typography, layout, and brand system development 
Tools You’ve Mastered: 
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects a plus) 
  • Keynote 
  • Microsoft Office + Teams 
  • Google Suite 
  • Presenting creative concepts to stakeholders
