Are you looking for opportunities to continue building your experience with a variety of exciting clients in experiential marketing? Do you love events and have experience in planning them? This could be just what you’re looking for!
This full-time position based in New York City is responsible for developing and executing experiential events and other promotional activity for a variety of exciting brands.
Working closely with and under the direction of the Account Director, you will:- Develop, plan, and activate consumer experiential marketing programs varying in size and scope for existing and new clients
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, translating their vision into action items and best-in-class experiential programs
- Work across our Creative, Production, and Field Marketing teams to bring programming to life
- Manage cross-functional team members and related vendors/partners in the development of brand programs
- Lead & support the management of budgets
- Write and distribute program overviews, activation plans , and any other documents to all stakeholders
- Attend in-person meetings, site checks, and events as needed
- Travel on-site to events (National) - Estimated Travel – 15-20%
- 2-4 years of experience in event planning/execution
- Be a self-starter, outgoing, energetic, gregarious personality
- Exceptional project management skills, experience using Monday.com preferred
- Knowledge in all areas of events (briefing, creative strategy, budget creation & management, staffing, pre-production, onsite execution, recaps)
- Experience managing a team of full-time, part-time, and freelance staff members
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to oversee 5+ programs at any given time
- Existing relationships with reputable vendors
- Demonstratable expertise in delivering high-quality live events ranging in scale
- Strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills
- Proficient (as in not a beginner) in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Production Experience (bonus, not requirement)
- Be in our New York City office (hybrid schedule)

- Pay Range
- $70,000.00 Annually to $85,000.00 Annually
