Description
In your capacity as Regional Activation Manager (RAM), you will serve as the primary liaison between Soho and our spirits client’s presence in On and Off National & Regional Accounts. You will have direct oversight and management of staffing agency partners to plan and execute sampling and experiential marketing programs on behalf of Campari’s National Accounts. 

You will:
  • Recruit, train, manage and oversee third party agencies in to ensure best-in-class execution of sampling, local market and experiential events.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the client’s Field Marketing Manager (FMM) and National & Regional Sales Manager.
  • Liaise with National & Regional Sales Manager for status of all programming and events in designated area.
  • Complete ownership of National Account programs & activations, including pre-planning, call management, execution, and recapping.
  • Intake, build budgets and manage/delegate programs for locally generated adhoc, brand, trade or special events alongside your respective FMM and National & Regional Sales Manager.
  • Management of sampling allocations with local market agency support in conjunction with other RAMs to ensure flawless execution
  • Manage, forecast and assist in POS sourcing, inventory management and warehousing needs by collaborating with the client’s national POS manager and working with third-party supplier(s) based on the local activation calendar and national sampling needs.
  • In conjunction with FMM & National/Regional Sales Manager, manage National & Regional activation calendars with support & input from FMM/Sales.
  • Assist with coordination of customer conference, trade shows and flagship programs.
  • Travel to key activations and local agencies as required.
  •  Attend key activations in market for quality control.

What Cool Things You Bring to the Table:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years combined relative industry experience – Field Marketing, Mass Sampling Program, and Experiential Marketing agency roles
  • Experience managing multiple direct reports to service day-to-day business is required
  • Experience managing 3rd party staffing agencies
  • Prior spirits experience with a strong understanding of legal compliance is mandatory
  • Self-starter, strategic thinker, and proactive problem solver
  • Exceptional communication/organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Have strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills
  • Strong budget and expense management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 60% within your assigned territory
  • Based near a major US city, ideally

Pay Range
$90,000.00   Annually to $100,000.00   Annually
