The Director of Strategic Growth is a full-time position on the Growth team. This individual is responsible for engaging leads, managing the briefing process, and developing presentations and sales strategies for prospective clients. This role focuses on converting leads into new business opportunities and driving the growth of the agency's client roster.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage leads and manage the brief process to understand client needs.
- Manage the process of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Collaborate with the creative and activation teams to develop and present tailored strategies and compelling proposals for potential clients.
- Own and drive the pitch strategy, including setting the tone, direction, and defining relevant case studies.
- Provide high-level brand and category context to the pitch team, arming them with relevant knowledge to develop successful recommendations.
- Manage the organization of all new business archives and artifacts.
- Monitor and analyze lead conversion rates and adjust tactics to improve performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare compelling and competitive proposals.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure the agency's offerings remain competitive and aligned with client needs.
- Work with agency leadership to develop a prospecting list that fits with agency growth strategies.
- Assist with other new business-related tasks as required.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7 years serving in a client services role for an experiential agency is required.
- 1-3 years of direct experience in sales, business development, and opportunity response at an experiential agency is preferred.
- A proven track record in leading winning pitches.
- Deep working knowledge of all agency disciplines.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Excellent strategic thinking and project management abilities.
- Experience with sales and lead management tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence, authority and ability to think on their feet.
- Ability to prioritize and juggle many tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

- Pay Range
- $120,000.00 Annually to $140,000.00 Annually
