This clinic is located near Beverly Hills in the Sunset Medical Tower in West Hollywood, California, USA.

                                                            Accounting Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to support our growing team. You will successfully perform the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain general ledgers and prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statements) for four separate companies
  • Prepare financial reports, actual to budget and forecast for monthly financial meetings
  • Review and approve invoices and research billing inaccuracies
  • Execute daily deposits of remote checks to the bank account
  • Manage in-office cash payments from clinic
  • Monitor 4 intercompany accounts in QuickBooks to ensure they are balanced
  • Process payroll with third party HR firm
  • Book monthly accruals
  • Ensure accuracy of merchant deposits to the bank account
  • Provide guidance to staff accountant related to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and journal entries
  • Monitor bank account on a daily basis; prepare cash analysis
  • Reinforce internal controls for all accounting transactions/processes
  • Report financial results to a non-financial audience
  • Research discrepancies to reconcile vendor and bank accounts
  • Coordinate with outside CPA firm on tax planning and filing of tax returns
  • File business license renewals annually for all internal companies
  • Implement and document standard operating procedures
  • Participate in team building and training as needed

Requirements:

  • 5 years+ accounting management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Highly reliable and ability to work independently
  • 2 years+ of hands-on QuickBooks experience
