We currently are hiring for a Customer Service Representative to support Customer Service activities for the order to cash process. Other responsibilities to include: Order Processing, Manage & communicate customer inventories, Forecasting and production follow up, Master data maintenance, Participate on customer team(s), Customer trials, Dump Bill to Customer Process, Tote Return Process & Sample Billings.


Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or 2+ years’ work experience in a B2B environment
  • SAP or similar ERP experience a plus
  • Must be proficient in data entry and working within a database
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to identify priorities and meet deadlines
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities/experience
