Prosperity Advisors, LLC, ( founded in 1989, is a financial advisory firm located in Overland Park, KS. We provide financial planning and asset management services to individuals, small businesses, retirement plans, and nonprofits. Our Client Services Associates are responsible for assisting the Client Service Representatives with the delivery of outstanding client service to both existing and new clients, as well as administrative responsibilities.


  • Assist the Client Service Representative with facilitating client service needs in collaboration with Prosperity’s Operations Team to provide administrative support to service client accounts, including but not limited to account funding, cash flow needs, RMD requirements, charitable gifting, and online access
    • Assist in implementing plans to address client life events in collaboration with advisors as well as tax and legal professionals. Life events may include death, divorce, marriage, retirement, etc.
    • Assist in scheduling, preparing for, and following up on client meetings
  • Review all new account and servicing paperwork, obtain client signatures, and submit for processing
  • Populate client information into various databases, (Redtail, Laser App, SmartWorks, Albridge, Docupace) and update as relevant information is received
  • Back up receptionist while they are away from front desk
  • Implementation and completion of special projects
  • Adhere to industry and broker-dealer compliance practices, as well as firm procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Three years working in customer service (financial services industry preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Solid internet research capabilities and strong personal computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective utilization of resources
  • Ability to manage competing demands and maintain efficiency under frequent change
  • Available to travel as needed (travel is rare for this position)
  • Experience with Pershing and NetX360 (Preferred)
  • Experience with Redtail (Preferred)
  • Securities registrations Series 7 and 63, advisory registrations Series 65 or 66 and insurance licenses for annuity and life insurance (Preferred)
  • FPQP™ designation (Preferred)
