The Perioperative Services Business Manager:
- Assists with development of and tracking of operational and capital budgets
- Participates in collaborative teams in the selection of equipment, supplies, and surgical instrumentation, as well as supply storage and database management
- Manages the assessment of strategic perioperative services’ business needs through data and evidence-based practices
- Provides project management expertise for perioperative services’ strategies and action plans
- Provides leadership for the Product Review Committee. Provides leadership and human resource management of surgical support staff
Qualified candidates will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in in a relevant field required; Master Degree preferred
- 3-5 years work experience in healthcare required. Prior experience managing budgets and inventory
- Minimum of 3 years of related supervisory or management experience in healthcare or healthcare related environment
