    The Administrative Assistant II: 
    • Maintains a variety of records, supplies, calendar, schedules, files, etc. (e.g. employee time reports, fiscal information, energy cost/usage, construction, Environment of Care, regulatory compliance, work orders, etc.) for the purpose of providing documentation in accordance with administrative and legal requirements.
    • Performs record keeping (confidential and non-confidential) and general and program-specific functions (e.g. Facilities, Safety, Environment of Care, EVS, and Clinical Engineering) for the purpose of supporting assigned tasks with necessary materials.
    • Responds promptly and appropriately to questions/concerns/complaints and attempts immediate resolution.
    • Answers electronic communications and phone calls, directs calls to appropriate parties, or takes messages.
    • Reviews a variety of materials, including reports memos, and letters for content and recommends changes were appropriate.
    • Assumes other duties and responsibilities that are related and appropriate to the position and area. The above responsibilities are a general description of the level and nature of the work assigned to this classification and are not to be considered as all-inclusive.
    A qualified candidate will possess: 
    • Associate’s degree or two (2) years of college or business school.
    • Two (2) years of related secretarial or customer service experience.
