Tower Engineering Solutions, LLC, a Congruex company Founded in 2012, Tower Engineering Solutions (TES) is a structural engineering company focused on wireless tower infrastructure. We provide a full suite of service from mount mapping and structural analysis to modifications and inspections. TES leverages proprietary software and analytical tools to support clients in reducing their cycle times to market, ensuring compliance with industry standards, all while achieving substantial cost savings. TES is headquartered in Dallas, TX.
The Position: Project Manager supports management of and execution of the business of supporting engineering needs of Tower Engineering Solutions clients. Specifically, this involves support and management of deliverables to various customers, from the carrier, tower owner, manufacturer and consulting ends. The Project Manager possesses multiple years of experience within the wireless telecommunications industry. The Project Manager directs multiple projects from the time the client requests specific services, through completion of the engineering deliverables and management / procurement of fees.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
Primary liaison between customer, engineering, CX
Deployment calls, reporting
Build and maintain relationships - support business growth, whether national or market-based customers.
Maintain technical knowledge to understand project scope - be able to speak proficiently to the same among various stakeholders.
Manage vendor relationships, site access
Ensures job priority level is known and communicated to engineering through tools
Possess acceptable time management, people management, and leadership skills.
Continually shows company support by following and enforcing all company policies and procedures.
Strives to provide quality workmanship.
Proven to be reliable and punctual.
Possess the ability to interview possible field tech candidates.
Education and Experience:
• BS in Project Management or Engineering preferred • Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree • Minimum 1-5 years Project Management experience
